We have successful records in the high courts of Armenia such as the Court of Cassation and the Constitutional Court. The names of our attorneys appear in many judgments issued by the international tribunals such as the European Court of Human Rights and the UN human rights committee. We consulted international organizations such as the EU and the Council of Europe, on certain aspects of the criminal justice, including drafting manuals and guidebooks on the due process rights for the local legal practitioners.
We deal with such areas of procedural law as unlawful arrest and prolonged detention practices, admissibility of evidence, protection of due process rights. Our attorneys appeared as experts, including that they issued expert opinions, in deportation and extradition proceedings in the courts of the United States and the UK. As regards the substantive criminal law justice, we represent clients charged for property crimes and money laundering, including in the proceedings of forfeiture of proceeds crime (that includes also in rem civil proceedings). Our experts have issued legal opinions and amicus curie at the request of parties in pending legal proceedings.
